Manchester United readying a €100 million offer for Marc Andre Ter Stegen

In a sensational claim by Don Balon, Manchester United are set to bid €100 million for FC Barcelona's Marc Andre Ter Stegen if David De Gea changes loyalties in the summer. Real Madrid are eyeing De Gea and United have already started the work on his replacement.

Mourinho has reportedly instructed the board to make a €100 million offer for the German shot-stopper. But Barcelona value him around €180 million and will not let their no.1 goalkeeper leave without a fight.

Meanwhile, Ivan Rakitic also on United's radar

The Red Devils are looking for midfield reinforcements in the summer. According to Diario Gol, Manchester United have earmarked Barcelona's Ivan Rakitic as the solution to their woes.

The Croatian has played the fourth highest number of minutes for Barcelona this season but with the arrival of Coutinho and most probably Antoine Griezmann next summer, Rakitic may find it tough to muster enough playing time next campaign.
