United want Bale on Loan
According to the Mirror, Manchester United are ready to bring Bale to Old Trafford this season; however, they are only looking to get him on loan. The Welshman is out of Zidane's plans for next season, but the trouble is, Real cannot find any suitors for Bale, who will cost around £75m.

Even United, who are the long term admirers of the Welshman, are unwilling to pay such a huge sum for a player who has a history of injuries and inconsistencies. The Premier League Giants are, however, willing to opt for a season-long loan, with an option to extend the loan to another season. It is a scenario that suits Real Madrid, because the Welshman commands a huge £480,000 per week salary, which will have to be paid by United, in full or in part, during the tenure of the loan.
The United hierarchy are increasingly frustrated by the nature of the transfer window and believe that Bale might be the only marquee signing possible this summer. However, it all depends on whether the Welshman is willing to endure a season away from Champions League football.
