Will Mesut Ozil stay at Arsenal?

Ozil still uncertain over his future

Mesut Ozil has decided to keep Arsenal fans in the dark over his immediate future at the club after reports claim that the German playmaker has decided to say YES to a summer move to Manchester United next season.

According to The Sun, Ozil has already discussed his move to Old Trafford with his Arsenal teammates and his tweet last night which read "Ignore the noise and stay focused" has done little to assure the fans of his stay next season.

Manager Arsene Wenger has been left clueless amid this contract standoff and has asked Ozil to give his 100% to Arsenal and keep the transfer talks on hold for now.

Ozil was in fine form in Arsenal's 5-2 win Everton scoring and assisting a goal at The Goodison Park. The win took Arsenal level on points tally with Chelsea in the Premier League table.

Mourinho wants Casemiro to partner Matic

Casemiro is one of the best central midfielders at this moment

Jose Mourinho is aiming to shuffle things at Manchester United and is eying a move for Real Madrid's combative midfielder Casemiro to partner Nemanja Matic, reports Don Balon.

The report claims Mourinho is eager to sell Andre Herrera and Henrikh Mkhitaryan next season following duo's drastic dip in form and quality this season.

Paul Pogba is expected to play the number 10 role next season and Mourinho is aiming for Casemiro to shield his midfield alongside Matic.

However, Don Balon have also suggested that Real Madrid have no intention of selling the Brazilian and are prepared to send United empty-handed when they come calling next season.

Gimenez available at £65 million

Leganes v Atletico Madrid - La Liga
Gimenez has a 65 million release clause

Manchester United are planning to trigger the release clause of Atletico Madrid's Jose Gimenez and are ahead of Juventus in the race to sign the Uruguayan defender, reports Diario Gol.

United hierarchy are concerned about Victor Lindelof's adaptation to the Premier League and could be forced to sign another defender in January.

Atletico Madrid are not too keen on selling the defender, but the player has a £65 million release clause which can be triggered by any club and the La Liga club will be powerless in stopping him.

Gimenez has risen to prominence in recent months but is still failing to get regular game time at the club which has forced the player to assess his options ahead of the next season.
