According to Bild (via The Sun), Arne Maier of Hertha is on the radar of Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal. The 19-year-old is a defensive midfielder and is already a first-choice for the German side and has helped Hertha win 10 points from 4 games as they now find themselves at number two in the Bundesliga table.
