Sources have confirmed that the Sao Paolo based club Santos is interested to sign Machester United midfielder Anderson.
The Brazilian has not seen too much action in recent reasons and may well be tempted to move away from Old Trafford. A move back to his native and a chance to actually be a part of the game, rather than watching it from from the side-lines, may be factors that will help him make the final decision.
Having made just five Premier League starts this season, and a total of eight last season, Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson may not be too disappointed in losing the 24 year old midfielder, who he signed from Porto for £20million in 2007.
Despite it being almost traditional for Brazilian players to move to Europe, there has been an increase in the number of people opting to move in the opposite direction.
