Barcelona’s training session are frequently the scene of hilarious hijinks

FC Barcelona’s world beating stars share some incredible harmony on the pitch, but a lot of that comes from the camaraderie that exists behind the scenes. Luis Suarez, Neymar Jr. and Gerard Pique trolled Javier Mascherano in a training session, with the Argentine vowing to get his revenge later.

Ahead of their La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano on Thursday, FC Barcelona opened the doors to their training sessions with the Spanish press in attendance. Luis Suarez and Neymar, two of the fabled ‘MSN’ trio were in deep conversation, as Javier Mascherano walked up to them to interrupt their conversation.

The Argentine is a feared hitman across world football, however it seems the fellow members of his squad don’t seem to share the same opinion. Suarez and Neymar immediately began to wrestle with Mascherano, with the Uruguayan frontman also getting a few cheeky kicks in.

Later on, Gerard Pique also joined in the fun as Mascherano appeared to have made a mistake in one of Barcelona’s famous ‘rondo’ drills, with the trio moking the Argentine for his rather less than exemplary technique.

Here is a video of the hilarious exchange:

Given the ongoings at the training sessions, Mascherano vowed his revenge on Twitter, tweeting “Easy, Luis Suarez and Neymar, I will catch you when you’re not ready. This does not end here hahahaha.”

However, it seems Neymar still is unperturbed by Mascherano’s vow of revenge with the most succinct reply:

Enrique might rest MSN trio

Luis Enrique, meanwhile is likely to rest a few of the MSN trio, so as to prevent any risk of injury. Speaking in his pre-match press conference, the Barcelona manager said “Resting the three forwards will depend on what I see fit. It is something that I haven't brought up. We will see - to be a coach is to continually take decisions.”

“Each player has their own physical profile and we have it under control. Don't worry, because I always do things that benefit the team. We will not commit risks. I like to go through the week thinking that everyone could play and until one hour before the game, they don't know who will play. I like that they have this uncertainty.”

“Fatigue is normal and common, similar to last season, and I'm looking forward to the key games that will decide the titles.Last year Suarez couldn't play [at the start of the season], so it's normal he has played more minutes. Sometimes I have made changes early, but that is not normal”
