Mesut Ozil's likeness to appear on Kinder Eggs

The egg’s with Ozil’s image have already gone on sale in Germany

Germany and Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has signed a rather bizarre deal with children’s chocolate company Kinder Surprise and will now see his animate image appear on the wrappers of their world famous chocolate eggs, The Metro reports.

The Gunners’ £42.5 million signing also has deals with big brands like Adidas and Calvin and Klein.

The famous chocolate egg which contains a toy inside, is already being sold with Ozil’s image in Germany and may soon go global.

The 25-year-old’s team face Newcastle on Tuesday and will be hoping for a win which will tighten their hold on a fourth placed finish and guarantee them Champions League football,
