Mohun Bagan set for their pre season camp in Durgapur

After announcing their squad for the upcoming season in the last week, Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan left Kolkata today for their pre-season camp at Durgapur, West Bengal.

Mohun Bagan has announced their 30–member’s squad, in which besides of some new faces, fans will see former East Bengal forward Tolgay Ozbey. Under the strict eyes of newly appointed coach Mr. Santosh Kashyap, ‘the Mariners’ practiced in their club ground during this past week. Though the coach is very confident about his boys and his forward line up, but as last season, Mohun Bagan defence is still a reason for worry.

Togay, who joined Mohun Bagan this season after a conflict with his former club East Bengal, has familiarised himself quite easily with the new club, atmosphere and new team mates. Though his transfer issue is not over yet but his performances in the practice matches caught the eyes of the new coach. Yesterday he scored twice in the practice match.

On the other hand yesterday at evening, club officials arranged a get together for the players and club officials in the club tent. Officials handed over club flags to each and every player. Later all the players and officials joined in a dinner party arranged by the club.
