Arsenal legend Ian Wright has pinpointed Marcus Rashford as the Manchester United player who could make a difference in the FA Cup semi-final.

The Red Devils play Coventry City in the FA Cup semifinal clash at Wembley. Erik ten Hag has had several defensive injury issues to deal with and has been forced to field Casemiro as Harry Maguire's central defensive partner.

However, the team's attacking unit is intact, except for the injury-prone Anthony Martial. Rashford, Rasmus Hojund, and Alejandro Garnacho are playing as the front three.

Wright thinks Rashford could cause Coventry trouble, as he said (via UtdDistrict on X):

"He can win the game on his own. Marcus Rashford will be a problem for Coventry today."

Marcus Rashford hasn't been at his best this season. He has scored only eight goals and has provided five assists in 39 appearances across competitions. The Englishman, however, still has the quality to wreak havoc on opposition, especially against a Championship side like Coventry.

Despite his poor form, Rashford remains an integral part of Manchester United's attack this season.

Bastian Schweinsteiger urges Marcus Rashford to leave Manchester United

Marcus Rashford is an academy product of Manchester United and is one of the few local players that the Red Devils have in their ranks at this point in time.

Former United star Bastian Schweinsteiger, however, thinks Rashford should leave the club to realize his full potential. Speaking about the 26-year-old attacker, the 2014 FIFA World Cup winner said (via The Peoples Person):

"I would love to see him in a better team where he gets the ball in the right moment. I'd love to see that. In the years in the past, you don't see that."

The German legend added:

"If he would play for a different team, maybe he would also increase his level a little bit more. He's still the player who can decide their games but he doesn't show it many times."

Rashford made his United debut in 2016 and has so far made 398 appearances for the club, scoring 131 goals and providing 64 assists.
