Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr has chosen Cristiano Ronaldo's iconic bicycle kick as the best goal he has ever seen in the Champions League. Ahead of the Champions League final on June 1, the Brazilian winger recalled the Portuguese superstar's fantastic acrobatic effort.

Vinicius said (via MadridXtra on Twitter):

“Best goal I’ve seen in the UCL? Cristiano’s bicycle kick.”

The legendary moment came in Real Madrid's 3-0 win against Juventus in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League in 2018. Having already scored to give his side the lead, Ronaldo produced one of the greatest goals in the tournament, leaping high and finding the back of the net in a sensational manner.

The goal has been etched into the memory of fans across the world, highlighted by the fact that even Juventus fans stood up to applaud the effort.

Vinicius will be hoping to emulate the 39-year-old's performances in the tournament as Los Blancos prepare to face Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League final. The Spanish giants will be looking to make it a record-extending 15th win in the competition, while the German side will be looking to win it for the first time since 1997.
