Fans on social media have reacted after Lionel Messi got into a heated argument during Inter Miami's goalless (0-0) draw against Al Ahly. It happened during the FIFA Club World Cup clash on Friday.
Al Ahly were trying to defend a corner kick against Miami. Then, Messi, who was being man-marked, got into a heated confrontation with Yasser Ibrahim and slightly headbutted the defender. Both players were then separated, and the game continued.

After the game, fans via X reacted to the altercation between Lionel Messi and Yasser Ibrahim, with one tweeting:

During the game, Inter Miami controlled most of the proceedings but failed to break the deadlock despite having Luis Suarez in their frontline. La Pulga-led Miami controlled 55% of the ball possession as against Al Ahly's 45%.
In terms of chances, Inter Miami registered 14 chances, six of which were on target, including three big chances. Meanwhile, Al Ahly recorded more shots on target (8/11).
