Gerard Pique indirectly took a swipe at his former Manchester United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo by thanking Kevin Roldan who was a guest at the Real Madrid star’s birthday party. The Spanish defender and co were celebrating their phenomenal success with their fans at Camp Nou.

Colombian singer Kevin Roldan had performed at Cristiano’s 30th birthday party which caused a huge uproar among the Real Madrid faithful as it happened a few hours after the team were beaten 4-0 by their cross-town rivals Atletico Madrid.
Some of the pictures from the party were leaked to the public through social media, which showed players partying and having fun. Many supporters think that the controversy surrounding the birthday party was one of the major reason for Real Madrid’s decline in form.
