Dele Alli's rise to prominence came swiftly and suddenly back in January 2015 when he switched from MK Dons to Spurs for a fee of around £6m. He was loaned back to the Dons for the rest of the season, before permanently staying with Tottenham.

Alli was deemed ready for first team action in his first season with Spurs and he ended up featuring in 33 games out of the 38 in total, scoring 10 goals in the process. He would do even better the following season, scoring 18 goals in 37 matches.

Since then, Alli has become a staple of Spurs' first team and has also flourished at a national level for England. Because of the consistency that he shows from game to game, as well as what he has achieved already, his market value is rightly placed at around £90m. The 22-year-old is one of Tottenham's greatest assets and highly looked upon by other clubs.
