#1 Harry Maguire
Manchester United believed they had secured their own version of Virgil van Dijk when they successfully lured English defender Harry Maguire to Old Trafford. Maguire became the most expensive defender in history when he left the King Power Stadium for the Premier League giants in a deal worth £80 million.
Contrary to expectations though, the ex-Leicester City superstar is yet to produce the anticipated impact that accompanied his transfer. He's represented the Red Devils on 11 occasions in the Premier League so far this season but hasn't done much to improve the backline.
United have struggled at the defensive end in the Premier League this season. They've conceded 11 goals from just 11 games in the English top flight so far. They will surely need Maguire to step up and start delivering the goods as they aim to rejuvenate their shaky backline.
