#2 Santiago Arzamendia
A lot of you may not know of his credentials, but nothing to worry, we have our scout hats on. Santiago Arzamendia is a 21-year-old full-back full of positivity, pace, and purpose. He currently serves his local club Cerro Porteno in Paraguay, for whom he has made 42 league appearances and returned four goals as well.
However, he caught the eyes of many during his exploits at the recently concluded Copa America, wherein Eduardo Berizzo's 4-4-2 system, the youngster manned the left side of the midfield in a more advanced role.
He is extremely comfortable at left-back as well. Should Liverpool bid for him, it'd benefit his parent and boyhood club who could insert a compensation, and himself. Arzamendia would get to train with the best in the business, under one of the best coaches in the world at present - who is known for bringing the best out of everyone.
He may not receive regular opportunities for the first team, but certainly will improve his quality as a player, and maybe take over the reins from Robertson in the future.
