Ronaldinho Gaucho, who remains impossible to forget, is another great Brazilian to have never featured in the Premier League. He boasted of an explosive skillset containing trickery, dribbling and an immaculate vision to break down opponents. Ronaldinho remains one of the most exciting midfielders in the modern era.
The Brazilian's most memorable phase came during his tenure at Barcelona, after he moved to the Catalan giants from Paris Saint-Germain. He would leave an immortal footprint at the Camp Nou. He wooed fans worldwide with his skills and helped a teenage Lionel Messi rise up the ranks.
In his five seasons in La Liga, Ronaldinho racked up 70 goals and 50 assists in the league. He helped Barcelona win two league titles along with a Champions League. He then featured in Serie A for Milan for three seasons before moving to Flamengo and Atletico Minero among other clubs in the twilight of his career.
#2 Neymar
Neymar introduced himself to the world during his tenure at Santos with a dazzling set of skills on the left flank. The Brazilian wunderkind was one of the most sought after players back in the day and Barcelona were the club to get his signature in 2013.
Neymar quickly made his presence known in Barcelona, forming the celebratory trio of 'MSN' with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. He helped Barcelona win a plethora of trophies and played a pivotal role during their treble-winning season in 2014-15.
Paris Saint-Germain were seduced by the idea of Neymar in their squad and they paid the release clause of $222 million. This still holds the record for most expensive signing. After scoring 105 goals and racking up 76 assists for the Catalan giants, Neymar moved to the French Capital.
In Paris, Neymar is still a force to be reckoned with but the club's dream of landing their first UEFA Champions League is yet to be achieved. The Brazilian has again joined hands with friend Leo Messi, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The Premier League missed out on a superstar like Neymar. Though there is still a slim hope of him featuring in the Premier League in future.

Popularly known as 'El Fenemeno' or 'the phenomenon', Ronaldo Nazario is one of the all time greats. Despite suffering career threatening injuries, Ronaldo was one of the very best. His skillset boasted of pace, skill on the ball, dribbling and finishing abilities.
Ronaldo went on to win two Ballon d'Ors, among other individual trophies, in his career. He was the torch bearer of the Brazil team during his days, leaving his mark on the grandest stage of football - the World Cup. He played for both Serie A rivals - AC Milan and Inter Milan and also featured for La Liga giants - Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Ronaldo's hat-trick for Real Madrid against Manchester United at Old Trafford is still fresh in the memory of football fans. There is little doubt that he is the greatest Brazilian not to feature in the Premier League.
