#2 Match of the week (Crystal Palace vs West Ham)
Everyone was anticipating the Manchester United vs Tottenham showdown to be the match of the week, but the Crystal Palace - West ham match took the limelight. A great recovery, some good goals, a shot against the woodwork; the match had everything a fan wants.
Joe Hart was instrumental in keeping West Ham's lead intact, as the on-loan stopper produced an incredible double save. Hart first reacted sharply to get a big right hand on James Tomkins’ powerful header. Then, after Jose Fonte sliced his attempted clearance from the rebound, Hart got back to his feet in the nick of time to somehow get his left arm in the way of Jeffrey Schlupp’s effort. The England no. 1 barely knew anything about it, as Schlupp sat grounded looking at Hart in disbelief.
West Ham were cruising towards the victory after they went two-nil up against a defensively weak Crystal Palace but at Selhurst Park, you can rarely expect an easy victory. Crystal Palace fought back with a goal by Luka Milivojevic. West Ham then were able to stop Crystal Palace till the 96th minute, but Antonio's mistake proved too costly as Palace were able to snatch a goal in the 97th minute!
