Premier League renewed a three-year deal 0f their mobile and internet clip production with digital sports media group PERFORM.
PERFORM will ingest, edit and encode video clips of all 380 matches per season and distribute to the Premier League’s network of over 40 web and mobile licensees around the world, including NBC, Al Jazeera, Canal Plus and Fox Sports Australia to name a few.
Director of International Broadcasting & Media Operations, Premier League, Paul Molnar, said: “Demand amongst our licensees for high quality digital highlights and editorial videos continues to grow. It is therefore vitally important that we provide our valued international partners with the content they require in the most relevant formats.
“PERFORM has consistently proven that it is able to deliver exactly what we and our licensees need across a range of robust and reliable platforms. We are very pleased to extend our relationship for a further three seasons.”

The 2013/14 season will see PERFORM partnering with the Premier League to offer all the Premier League licensees a white label mobile and tablet application. The app will act as a complete, enhanced, live-match experience, including all match content as well as dynamically updated live data feeds, latest news and full social media integration.
PERFORM group was established in 2007 through the merger of Premium TV Ltd and Inform Ltd. The company, in which Leonard Blavatnik (an American billionaire), holds a 58% stake.
