Real Madrid v Paris Saint-Germain - UEFA Champions League Round of 16: First Leg
Could Neymar really leave PSG?

Hello and welcome to the Premier League transfer roundup for the day today, March 1, 2018. We have quite a lot of rumours for you and some of them are good enough to make you dream! So here we go…

#5 Everton and West Ham

AC Milan are a revived club under Gennaro Gattuso. One of the players who have done well is Davide Calabria. The full-back, born in 1996, is attracting interest from Everton and they will come knocking on the door of Milan for the youngster, say CalcioNews24.

Meanwhile, Mirror report that Arsenal target Jonny Evans could be signed for as low as £3 million by West Ham should West Brom fail to avoid relegation. Evans has a relegation release clause that allows him to escape his current club for the aforementioned amount should they be relegated.

#4 Liverpool

Keylor Navas will play for Liverpool next season, claim Diario Gol. The Costa Rican’s place is under constant threat due to the club’s reported interest in De Gea and Thibaut Courtois, which is why he could leave.

Dani Ceballos wants to leave and Liverpool is his next destination, claim reports from the same outlet. They also add that Perez will try to convince Jurgen Klopp to take Karim Benzema and give the Blancos Mohamed Salah in return.

Benzema, despite having a torrid season, has interest from Arsenal, but they are only willing to pay £40 million for the Frenchman and not the £60 million that Real Madrid want.

#3 Manchester City madness

Crystal Palace v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League
Kane is a wanted man

Pep Guardiola has apparently beaten Florentino Perez in the race to sign Harry Kane for £200 million straight up, claim Diario Gol. Real were willing to pay the same amount, but £175 million upfront and £25 million in incentive.

The Etihad outfit are also reportedly offering him more money in wages than the Galacticos. A similar report has been written by Don Balon, where they state that Guardiola doesn’t want the player to go to Madrid and will take him to City instead.

#2 Manchester United madness

Barcelona v Espanyol - Spanish Copa del Rey
Off to the Premier League?

Jose Mourinho is doing all he can to convince Barcelona star Samuel Umiti to join Manchester United in the summer, Diario Gol report. The Red Devils are reportedly willing to give him the wages that he wants, while Barcelona also want him to renew his contract with a bigger clause at the Camp Nou.

Also, Manchester United’s main sponsor, Chevrolet, want to enter the Asian market with more force and, as a result, want Neymar to join the Red Devils since it would help them achieve their goal, reports Don Balon.

Meanwhile, they also stated in another report that United could spend the £100 million they get for De Gea on Barcelona star, Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Finally, Toni Kroos is Jose Mourinho’s great obsession, with Napoli’s Jorginho being an alternative should he fail to land Kroos, claim the same outlet. Pep Guardiola, too, is allegedly interested in the former Bayern star.

The next Neymar to Spurs?

After reporting several times that Gareth Bale doesn’t want to go back to Tottenham, Don Balon have now changed their tone to something else. Apparently, he is not only going to Spurs next season in a bid to get to his best, but he is also going to wear the number 10 jersey that will reportedly be vacated by the departure of Harry Kane.

They also add in another report that Real Madrid are allegedly willing to offer Vinicius Junior to Tottenham as a part of a deal for Harry Kane. Vinicius has been labeled as the next Neymar and could do the trick here.

Meanwhile, according to El Gol Digital, Arsenal have shifted their focus towards Atletico Madrid’s star defender Jose Gimenez. The Gunners were on the lookout for Stefan De Vrij, but Liverpool might have won that race.

Notably, Gimenez has a €65 million release clause.
