Manchester United star Ashley Young has stated that he wishes to stay at Old Trafford. The winger has revealed that his fitness is at its peak and as long as it remains that way, he wishes to stay with the Red Devils.

He did, however, mention that only the club have the power to offer him a new contract.

“That's up to the club (offering a new contract)," Young said.

“I feel as fit as when I was 21 years old. As long as my legs can keep taking me up and down the pitch, I'd love to stay here.”

Meanwhile, according to the sources at ESPN, Paul Pogba will not be allowed to leave the Theatre of Dreams in January. Juventus are interested in signing the French midfielder but the Old Trafford outfit won’t entertain any bids for him in the month of January.
