#3 Solanke to Palace update
Dominic Solanke has been linked with a loan move to Crystal Palace for a while now and according to the chairman of the club, Steve Parish has confirmed that the Eagles are trying to sign him.
Solanke has found it hard to gain minutes at the Merseyside with the likes of Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino in great form. As a result, he is being touted for a loan deal away from Anfield.
"We're trying. These things are never straightforward, are they?" Parish was quoted as saying
He also hinted that the discussions may be close to completion as he is trying to bring a forward as early as possible in order to maximize the influence of the new signings.
“We're really trying to get someone in early. If we can it will make a big difference and lift everybody.
"For once the papers are not miles off."
