Brazil star Neymar has admitted that playing in the Premier League is an honour for any great player.
The former Barcelona star has already played in Spain and Brazil before becoming the most expensive player of all time when he moved to the French Ligue 1 in the summer of 2017.
With such a hefty price tag on his head – and with Real Madrid being interested in him – it seems hard for Neymar to make a move to the Premier League. However, he believes that the future is unknown to everyone and that anyone who plays there should enjoy it.
"It is a big competition -- one of the greatest in the world," Neymar said.
"We do not know how tomorrow will be, but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play in the Premier League. If you are playing there, then I hope that you can keep enjoying the Premier League because you only deserve the best."
