Griezmann speaks out
Some weeks earlier, Antoine Griezmann announced that the 2018-19 season was going to be his last with the Rojiblancos. The Frenchman was touted to leave the Madrid outfit last summer but he decided to stay in the end.
However, it might have turned out to be a bad decision because he didn’t win anything with the club. And now, with both Barcelona and United linked, the Frenchman has asked his fans to be patient as he knows where he will go and knows the sacrifice necessary in order to do so.
He also added that he would reveal his next destination as soon as he can.
“I know where I want to go, and the sacrifices I have to make to get there.
“I just ask for a little patience. As soon as I could say it, it will be with pleasure.”
