Bournemouth manager Eddie Howie has stated that the club’s business in the winter market might not yet be complete. The Cherries have signed Liverpool pair Dominic Solanke permanently and Nathaniel Clyne on loan.

However, they might not be done yet. According to Howe, the club are still looking to reinforce in “certain areas”, which means that there could yet be more signings at the Dean Court.

“It’s difficult to say with clarity, yes or no, at this point; we’re still looking at certain areas,” he said.

He then spoke of his happiness at being able to sign the aforementioned Liverpool duo and stated that the culture at the club might be something that enticed them to join the Cherries.

“We’re delighted players of that quality (Solanke and Clyne) want to come to the club.

“I think they see a good environment, culture and a way of working that can hopefully bring out the best in players.”
