#4 Nabil Fekir update

Fekir wanted by Liverpool

Nabil Fekir was linked to Liverpool a few days ago by RMCSport. As it turns out, he gave an update regarding his future after securing qualification for Lyon in the Champions League.

“I do not know [what will happen], frankly. I spent an exceptional season here, with an audience, players, an exceptional staff, a lot of emotions and tonight we finished in style,” he was quoted by France Football.

“I gave everything for Lyon, we’ll see for the future. Even if all was not perfect this season, we finished well.”

“It’s been four years since I’ve been pro and it’s one of my greatest joys [to finish third].”

#3 Lewa considers Chelsea move

So all through the last couple of months, Lewandowski was linked to Real Madrid. But after his poor performance against them in the Champions League semi-final, the Galacticos are no longer interested in signing the Pole, according to Express.

As result, it has left Chelsea as the clear favourites to sign the former Borussia Dortmund star as a replacement for Alvaro Morata, who is being touted over a move back to Juventus.

Today’s roundup is all about the Manchester clubs it seems. According to Don Balon, Jose Mourinho is apparently interested in acquiring the signature of Fabian Ruiz of Real Betis for €30 million, who has been dubbed as the next Kaka and is wanted by both Real Madrid and Barcelona, but United board don’t want it.

Meanwhile, this might be a rumour that might give mixed feelings to the Red Devils fans as journalist Firat Gunayer reckons that Manchester United have signed Anderson Talisca from Benfica.

So we have our best story of the day and it comes from – no points for guessing – Diario Gol. They state that Florentino Perez wants to dismantle the BBC with only Cristiano Ronaldo being spared.

As a result, they want to sign Mohamed Salah who has been slapped with a £200 million price-tag over his head, which is why Real Madrid want to offer Marco Asensio – who has a release clause of €700 million – and £120 million in cash for the Egyptian.

Asensio, however, has declined the offer.
