Jonathan Barnett, the agent of Gareth Bale, has claimed that a move to the Premier League is possible if a club decides to pay what he deserves. He also stated that he is not sure whether Zinedine Zidane wants to keep his client at Madrid but assured that Bale himself wants to stay and would be happy to see out his contract.

"It certainly is possible if somebody puts their hand in their pocket and pays us what we think he deserves," he said. "You shouldn't ask [how much]; it's going to be a lot of money."

"He wants to stay. I'm not sure that Mr Zidane wants him to stay," Barnett said. "But at the moment, Gareth wants to stay. He's got a contract and he'll quite happily see it out until 2022.”

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi has reportedly stopped Barcelona from signing Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette. Barca were willing to pay €70 million, however, Messi is not sure if he would be a good backup for Luis Suarez.
