The 21-year-defensive midfielder/defender is yet another player that can add stability to the Real Madrid's midfield and can help them fortify the heart of their team. They have been struggling to deliver positive results and several poor midfield performances have been one of the key reasons for it.
There is a serious need for change in personnel and Real Madrid would want to add this young talent to their squad. While Isco has been barely used in recent matches, it does not seem that James Rodriguez might be getting too many opportunities in Madrid any time soon.
With that being said, a midfield overhaul is needed and Militao could be a great buy for the Spanish giants in the summer. The Brazil international has thus far made 19 league appearances for Porto in the present season, scoring twice and setting up two more goals.
