What’s the story?
Real Madrid have always had an eye on Neymar but the Brazilian opted to join Barcelona when he was moving from Santos. The Brazilian star is now at Paris Saint-Germain but is still keen on playing for Los Blancos.
As per reports in Daily Star now, Neymar has agreed a deal with Real Madrid to join them in the summer of 2019. Florentino Perez is a huge fan of the former Barcelona and was reportedly in constant talks with him to join them even after he had moved to Camp Nou.

Neymar, who's said to be a Madrid fan from childhood, was a keen on Moving to Bernabeu when was leaving Santos but joined Barcelona as his father wanted him to do so. The Brazilian knew he could not join Madrid straight from Barcelona, so he moved to PSG.
The French side signed him by activating his €222 million release clause in the summer. He has hit the ground running in Ligue 1 and has guided them to the Champions League round of 16 where they face... Real Madrid!

Neymar knows that he needs to play for a big club in order to win the Ballon d'Or. He could not achieve it at Barcelona because he was being overshadowed by Lionel Messi.
Cristiano Ronaldo's time at Madrid is coming to an end and it is believed that Perez wants Neymar as his replacement. Some reports even suggest that this might be a swap deal that will see Ronaldo move the other way.
