Diario Gol has reported that the reigning European champions will reignite their pursuit of one of the best goalkeepers in the world after next year's World Cup in Russia.

It is also believed that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has told current no.1, Keylor Navas, that this will be his last season with Los Blancos as the Madrid boardroom sees David De Gea as the club's long term goalkeeper.

FC Barcelona chief gives update on Andres Iniesta and Lionel Messi's future

Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez has revealed that the club are close to agreeing an extension for two of their biggest superstars in Messi and Iniesta.

Fernandez said: "I point to our president's words regarding Messi. The signing is an act which could happen at any moment. I hope it's soon. And what we want is that Andres is here for many more years and that he ends his career here. I'm convinced that will happen.”

AC Milan made a bid for Andrea Belotti in the summer

Torino's director of football, Gianluca Petrachi has revealed that AC Milan made a bid for €100 million rated Andrea Belotti in the summer. Petrachi said, "they (AC Milan) wanted to include him in a swap deal with Mbaye Niang (who eventually signed for Torino).

"It was not easy to sign Niang, it was a long negotiation and AC Milan wanted to include Belotti in a deal but their offer was not good enough.

"I told them that I wanted to keep the two negotiations separated.”

AC Milan had a dream summer window in which the Italian giants signed as many as 11 outfield players.

Price said, "there is a chance, depending on Leipzig’s domestic and Champions League progress, that Liverpool could pay a further premium to capture the midfielder in January.”

Keita was signed by the Reds in a £48 million move after a long drawn out summer saga that would see him join the Merseyside outfit next summer.
