#3 Eden Hazard can leave
These words from Maurizio Sarri should be like psychedelic music to the ears of Real Madrid as the Italian has stated that Eden Hazard should leave Chelsea should he desire to.
The Belgian has constantly revealed that he wants to play for Real Madrid someday and these words from Sarri all but confirm that the former Lille star is more out of Chelsea than in.
"Eden is 28 so, if he wants to go, I think he has to go. I hope the opposite. I hope he wants to stay and improve,” Sarri said.
He then went on to add that his open criticism of Hazard is his way to try and improve the player, who he believes is not playing to the fullest of his potential.
“He has the potential to be the best player in Europe and, sometimes, he's happy with something less. “
“It's my job to improve him and put him in a position to do his best. Sometimes that means I have to say something [critical] in the press to do that. It's normal. It's my job."
Meanwhile, Achraf Hakimi’s agent has revealed that his client is set to return to Real Madrid after an extraordinary spell at Borussia Dortmund, where he has been outstanding.
“Initially we agreed a two-year loan deal, but we have to accept that he will return to Real Madrid. I want to say that he’s extremely thankful to Dortmund because they gave him the opportunity to develop,” he said.
#2 Vinicius wants to play with Neymar
Real Madrid’s teenage sensation Vinicius Jr. has revealed the name of the player with whom he wants to play at Madrid. The Brazilian is having a great time at the Santiago Bernabeu.
So far this season, he has six assists to his name and has been one of the highlights of the season for the Merengues. And now, he has revealed that he wants to play with Neymar somewhere down the line.
According to him, Neymar is his idol and that he follows him and has a lot of affection for the former Barcelona man.
"I want to play next to Neymar, who is my idol. He's a guy I've been with since I was little, since when he started at the Santos, I follow him closely. I have a great affection, and he knows it,” he said.
#1 Isco and Rabiot
Real Madrid midfielder Isco has been snubbed by Santiago Solari on a consistent basis due to the fact that he doesn’t really have a role for the attacking midfielder in his team.
And now, according to reports from Spain, Manchester City made an offer to sign Isco and it was worth only €50 million euros. Obviously, the Galacticos didn’t accept it but it goes to show far badly Isco has fallen from grace.
Meanwhile, there has been more humiliation for the Galacticos as Barcelona target Adrien Rabiot has rejected the opportunity to play for Real Madrid, according to this report.
Seems like this has been a rather bad window for the Galacticos, apart from the signing of Brahim Diaz, of course.
