Lazio president on Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
Lazio president Claudio Lotito has spoken about one of his prized assets Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and the possibility of him leaving the club. The midfielder was linked to Madrid and Manchester United in the past and the Lazio chief is firm in his stance of not selling him.
However, there is a twist here.
While he claimed that the Serbian is not for sale, just like he wasn’t last year, he did add that if a club makes a significant offer for the Serbia international, then Lazio shall sit and negotiate on it.
Milinkovic is not for sale, as I said last year and then the facts proved me right. It is also true that, should an important offer arrive not only for the club but also for the player, then we would sit around a table to talk about it," he stated.
