Roma have sacked coach Zdenek Zeman following last night’s 4-2 defeat to at home to Cagliari. The announcement was confirmed today on Roma’s official website and twitter handle.
The loss left the Serie A giants languishing in mid-table with 34 points from 23 games, which is good enough for 8th spot, three points off Milan who occupy the final European qualifying places.
