Brazilian legend Ronaldo has picked his five-a-side dream team which includes some football heavyweights. Loaded with some of the most talented footballers ever, this team would be a difficult one to stop.

The Brazilian, who is considered to be one of the greatest footballers to have ever played the game, picked a team dominated by South Americans, but one European player managed to make it into his side. Many have missed out, but it is tough to contest the names of those who made it to the squad.

Ronaldo: Since it is his team, Ronaldo has the luxury of picking himself. But being a natural finisher and a goal machine, Ronaldo is unarguably one of the best players ever. The striker would be lethal in any team and under any circumstances, as witnessed throughout his career.

Zinedine Zidane: The only European footballer who made it to the squad is the legendary Zinedine Zidane, who was Ronaldo’s teammate at Real Madrid. It is no surprise that Zidane features in the list as the two terrorised teams across Europe during their time together at Madrid.

Pele: One of the all-time greats of football, Pele can easily walk into any dream team. The Brazilian, who scored more than 1000 goals in competitive football, will surely score plenty of goals for Ronaldo’s team.

Zico: Another Brazilian who features in Ronaldo’s five-a-side is Zico, who is also known as the ‘white Pele’. He was a gifted player with great vision and technical ability. Zico would surely contribute with goals as well as assists in this team.

Diego Maradona: Another footballing legend, this Argentine maestro can single-handedly win matches for his team. Considered to be the greatest footballer of all time alongside Pele, this diminutive Argentine can strike fear in the hearts of even the toughest of defenders.
