According to AS via (Barca Blaugranes), Barcelona will not offer defender Andreas Christensen a new contract, and he will be allowed to leave this summer. The 29-year-old is in the final year of his contract with the Catalan club.
As per the report, manager Hansi Flick wants Christensen to remain at the club. However, sporting director Deco believes they have adequate manpower in the centre-back department and can do without the Danish defender.
Barcelona have five centre-backs in the first team, including Christensen. Pau Cubarsi, Inigo Martinez, Ronaldo Arajuo, and Eric Garcia are all at the manager's disposal in the position.
