Barcelona are weighing up a big money move for Luis Suarez this summer and are readying a couple of players as makeweights in the deal, with Pedro and Cristian Tello named by the Daily Express as the players they hope will tempt Liverpool into selling.

Suarez has admitted that a move to Spain appeals to him after becoming disillusioned with his treatment in some sections of the English media and Barcelona are thought to be leading the chase as they look to improve on a trophyless season, with rivals Real Madrid also keen on bringing the Uruguayan to La Liga.

A buyout clause has emerged in Suarez’ contract at Liverpool, and while they currently do n

ot have the finances to pay it all in full, they are preparing to offer a couple of fringe players as a sweetener to convince Liverpool to let him go.

Pedro has recently aired his frustrations at being marginalised at Camp Nou recently, with Barcelona having signed a number of world class attackers lately to leave him playing a largely substitute role for the Catalan club he started his senior career at.

Tello has also been vocal about his desire to play more, and while he is not quite as senior as Pedro, he has been unhappy that his career has been unable to progress since breaking into the first team, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Neymar arriving to make his appearances somewhat fleeting.

With Suarez now being targeted to limit the pair’s chances even further, Barca are now prepared to offer them a route out of the club, as makeweights to keep Liverpool sweet in the pursuit of their star man.
