Sahin returns to Borussia Dortmund

Turkish International midfielder Nuri Sahin returned to his parent club Borussia Dortmund after the German giants agreed to take the young prodigy back on one-and-a-half year loan deal, with an option to buy from Real Madrid.

Sahin made ??his debut at the age of 16 years and 335 days in the Bundesliga, becoming the youngest ever to play in the first division of German football. His outstanding performances lead Dortmund to the Bundesliga title in 2011. The next season saw the prodigious talent join Real Madrid, but he found his opportunities limited at the Spanish capital.

The Turk had recently been on loan to Liverpool where he failed to cement a place in the first eleven. He will wear the number 18 jersey.

An ecstatic ?ahin said: “I’m thrilled to return home even the hospital nurses recognised me. I told Klopp he once again has a secure penalty taker.”
