The action continues in round 13 of EFL Championship as Sheffield Wednesday host Watford on Saturday.
Sheffield were dumped out of the EFL Cup in midweek as they were beaten on penalties by Premier League side Brentford following a 1-1 draw in normal time at the Gtech Community Stadium.
The Owls turn their sights to Championship, where they have put together a solid run of results in seven weeks, claiming three wins, in their last six matches. With 15 points from 12 games, Sheffield are 13th in the league.
Meanwhile, Edo Kayembe netted his fifth league goal of the campaign to fire Watford to a hard-earned 1-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers at Vicarage Road last weekend.
Before that, the Hornets were on a run of consecutive defeats, losing to Luton Town and Leeds United, and managing just three points from their previous four matches. Watford have picked up 19 points from 12 matches to sit seventh in the Championship and could move level with fourth-placed Sheffield United with a win.
