Harry Redknapp wants Solskjaer to build his team around Paul Pogba, as he has revealed in a chat with MEN Sport.

I think the boy's a real good player but he needs the right players with him and he needs to know what his role is in the team.

If you've got a player with his talent, you have to build the team a little bit around him by making sure you've got the right people around him to get the best out of him.

You saw that [his talent] at Juventus. He played in a World Cup-winning team. I think they've got to get the best out of him

It's up to Man United now to bring the right players in to play with him and to make sure he's on board.

We revealed yesterday that Real Madrid are desperate to bring the Frenchman to the Santiago Bernabeu and are willing to offer as many as three players in a swap deal. However, Solskjaer has always spoken about his desire to build a team around Pogba and now Redknapp has backed that idea. Only time will tell if United will be able to hold on to the Frenchman and if he will finally do justice to his talent at Old Trafford.
