#4 Tanguy NDombèlé: Olympique Lyon
Possibly the least known name on this list, NDombèlé has been making waves in France and Ligue 1 over the last season. A central midfielder, that gravitates mostly towards the defensive side of the game, is just another in the line of excellent French midfielders. He is an engine and played over 3000 minutes of football last season, while just being 22 years of age. Tottenham Hotspur, who may be losing Moussa Dembele this season need someone like NDombèlé to come into the team.
NDombèlé is destined to be a permanent fixture of Lyon for the coming few years, but that could all change if Tottenham swoop in for the French youngster. With the possibility of losing Moussa Dembele, NDombèlé would be a stellar addition/replacement to Tottenham. As stated, he played over 3000 minutes of football last season, and if he continues at that rate, he can fit in perfectly next to an Eric Dier or Victor Wanyama.
NDombèlé also got 5 assists last season, so he may even be able to provide something going forward. NDombèlé may not be a super flashy signing but would be a tremendous one if Poch and Spurs decide to pursue this youngster.
