Raheem Sterling is an excellent aspect of Manchester City's team. Benching him would be hard for any coach, he might have odd days, but he is never a player to be benched.

The 23-year-old made 33 appearances for Manchester City in the EPL, out of which he scored 18 times and assisted 11 times. How can someone bench a player with such quality?. Also, he scored 23 goals in 46 matches in all competitions.

Unfortunately for him, Sterling has won only three trophies in his career and had a lackluster World Cup performance. He probably needed Pep Guardiola talk in England's National team.

Dele Alli plays in the central part of the midfield and shows his creativity to which his teammates help the team achieve results.

The previous season, he made 41 appearances for Spurs and scored 10 goals and assisted 14 times for his teammates. He has contributed well, but he has no results yet. He performance with England in the World Cup was not fantastic, though he scored a goal versus Sweden in the quarterfinals.

The 22-year-old has no trophies to show off to the world, but this is about his gameplay and not about how many awards he has won.

Werner made 32 appearances in the Bundesliga last season, and he scored 13 goals for his side in the Bundesliga and provided nine assists. Apart from the league, he played in the UEFA Europa League and scored four goals in 5 matches. 21 goals and 11 assists in 45 matches for RB Leipzig in the 2017/18 season was more than enough to play as a starter for Germany in the FIFA World Cup at 22 years old.

The German only has two trophies but it is sure that he will win big as he progresses further.
