#7 Joao Felix - €100 million

Atletico Madrid v FC Bayern Muenchen: Group A - UEFA Champions League
Atletico Madrid v FC Bayern Muenchen: Group A - UEFA Champions League

Atletico Madrid let go of Antoine Griezmann and immediately reinvested that money in Joao Felix. The Portuguese youngster was naturally going to take some time to adapt to the rigors of La Liga but the potential was there for all to see.

Felix has now started to deliver on his promise and he is turning out to be quite a player. Atletico Madrid are five points clear at the top of the La Liga table this term with two games in hand and that has a lot to do with the form that their forwards Luis Suarez and Joao Felix are in.

Joao Felix has scored six goals and provided four assists from across 18 appearances in La Liga this season. The 21-year-old has only started 11 of those matches. He has also scored three goals in six appearances in the Champions League this season.

#6 Raheem Sterling - €110 million

Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League
Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League

Raheem Sterling took a while to hit his stride this season but now that he has, the Englishman is back to giving nightmares to the Premier League defenders. In his last five matches across all competitions, the 26-year-old has scored four goals and provided two assists.

Sterling's performances have improved greatly and Manchester City are now well clear at the top of the Premier League table right now. Sterling is one of the best dribblers on the continent and it is quite difficult to get the ball off him once he starts taking defenders on.

He has already scored eight goals and provided five assists in the Premier League from 21 appearances.

#5 Trent Alexander-Arnold - €110 million

Liverpool v West Bromwich Albion - Premier League
Liverpool v West Bromwich Albion - Premier League

Trent Alexander-Arnold has not had the best seasons so far. He was unstoppable in the 2019-20 season and was easily one of the best right-backs in the business. His form has dipped this campaign but there have been several injury issues at Liverpool and Trent has not exactly been playing in a system that works best for him.

He is at his best when he is given a license to attack with abandon but in the absence of the three main centre-backs, the 22-year-old has had to chip in a lot more on the defensive side of the pitch. His stock has taken a slight hit but he should be back to his best quite soon.

#4 Erling Haaland - €110 million

Borussia Dortmund v FC Augsburg - Bundesliga
Borussia Dortmund v FC Augsburg - Bundesliga

Erling Haaland looks like an absolute machine when he breaks clear and has a sight of goal. Haaland is only 20-years-old and he is already one of the most lethal finishers in the game right now.

He has scored a whopping 30 goals in 26 appearances for both club and country this season. That's on top of the four assists he has provided. These numbers rank with the very best in the business.

The Norwegian striker has garnered a lot of interest from several European giants and there could be a bidding war for him in the summer.
