Atletico Madrid have made themselves one of the favorites to win the La Liga title this season, with their incredible acquisitions from the transfer market - which included the capturing of former Monaco superstar, Thomas Lemar.

The Rojiblancos made the attacker the most expensive acquisition in their history as well as the most expensive signing in the Spanish top flight this summer - paying a whopping £63.2 million to convince the Ligue 1 outfit to part ways with their star forward.
Lemar has begun his Atletico career on a brilliant note, helping the Spanish side to claim the UEFA Super Cup recently. He will continue lining up alongside some of his international teammates including Antoine Griezmann and Lucas Hernandez at Wanda Metropolitano this season.
