#4. Jorginho
Former Napoli player Jorginho is one of the few superstars that have switched to the English Premier League during the current transfer window. The midfielder attracted a lot of attention among elite clubs in the English top flight, with Chelsea and Manchester City locking horns in the battle to lure the superstar from the Serie A.
The Citizens were leading the race to sign the 26-year-old initially, after reportedly agreeing to a fee worth £50 million with Napoli. However, Jorginho opted not to join the EPL Champions, instead completing a £57 million deal to link up with his former manager Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea.
The playmaker signed a 5-year contract with the Blues that will see him pocket £102,000 weekly. He would also be looking forward to progressing under his manager, who played a decisive role in his decision to move to the Stamford Bridge.
