The champions of England, Manchester City will again be the team to beat. After totally dominating the Premier League last season, City will look to maintain that distance at the top.

They have added Riyad Mahrez to bolster the depth of their squad. City have the perfect squad in defense, midfield and attack too many quality players. They missed out on signing Jorginho which would have provided them more depth and youth in their defensive midfield position. But it doesn't look like they will regret that this season since the quality of this squad can be seen from the simple fact that no one other than Kevin De Bruyne is assured of a starting berth in their midfield and attack.
In the total domination of Chelsea in the FA Community Shield, Manchester City again showed that they are right at the top again totally on their own. Guardiola will be very happy with the competition for places in his side and winning the Premier League will be the absolute minimum target for his Manchester City side this season.
