#7 Gareth Bale – Tottenham vs. Burnley, Premier League

Tottenham saw the best of Gareth Bale during their win over Burnley.

It took him a while, but in recent weeks, it seems like Tottenham are beginning to see the best of Gareth Bale again.

The Welshman – who is on loan at Spurs from Real Madrid – burst into life in late February and ended up scoring six goals in as many games. His best one, though, came in Tottenham’s 4-0 win over Burnley.

The goal – Bale’s second of the afternoon – came as a result of a rapid counter-attack. Son Heung-min sprinted into the Burnley half and, spotting Bale unmarked, pinged a cross-field ball to him.

The Welshman took one touch to get into the box and then used his left foot to curve the ball past a static Nick Pope and into the net.

It was a truly fantastic goal that signified that Bale was really back, and it will likely stand up against Bale’s best goals from his initial run at Spurs a decade ago.

#6 Son Heung-min – Tottenham vs. Arsenal, Premier League

Son Heung-min unleashed an incredible strike against Tottenham's bitter rivals, Arsenal.

Son Heung-min has scored plenty of goals this season – 18 to be exact – but his best one undoubtedly came in December’s Premier League victory over Arsenal.

This was another classic counter-attacking goal. But it was made all the more special by the fact that it came in a North London derby with a handful of Spurs fans present, too.

The move began with Harry Kane, who latched onto a loose ball just inside his own half before finding Son, who sprinted towards Arsenal’s goal.

With defender Rob Holding backing off, Son swerved towards a slightly more central position and then curled the ball from distance past Bernd Leno and into the net.

Even by Son’s lofty standards, this was an incredible strike, and it would set the tone for a memorable win for Mourinho’s men over their greatest rivals.

#5 Harry Kane – Tottenham vs. Crystal Palace, Premier League

Harry Kane's whipped goal against Crystal Palace was truly sublime.

Due to the fact that he scores so many goals, it’s often easy to forget that Harry Kane is as capable of producing something spectacular as any player in the Premier League.

And his most spectacular moment this season definitely came in Tottenham’s 4-1 win over Crystal Palace.

The goal began with an incisive series of passes that led to Matt Doherty receiving the ball just inside Palace’s penalty area.

The Irishman then turned and slid the ball back to Kane, who somehow whipped a first-time strike around a crowd of players and into the top right corner of Palace’s goal.

The technique used by the England captain was absolutely phenomenal and left Palace keeper Vincent Guaita with absolutely no chance. In years to come, it should stand as one of Kane’s greatest-ever goals.

#4 Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – Tottenham vs. Liverpool, Premier League

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg scored with an absolute thunderbolt against Liverpool.

Tough-tackling Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg doesn’t score many goals. He’s only got 20 to his name in his entire career.

Judging by his first-ever goal for Tottenham – against Liverpool – though, when he does score, it’s spectacular.

Liverpool had just taken a two-goal lead against Spurs when Jose Mourinho’s side launched an attack. Steven Bergwijn dribbled the ball into the Liverpool box before sliding it back to Hojbjerg, who was lurking just outside.

From there, the Dane smashed it with a right-footed shot, which flew into the net past Alisson Becker, who was given no chance.

An angry-looking Hojbjerg seemed to have channeled all his frustration into the shot. And while it couldn’t help Tottenham to any points in their eventual defeat, it did make for a memorable goal.
