TOULOUSE, France (AFP) –

Toulouse’s French midfielder Etienne Capoue controls the ball on November 18, 2012 at the Ray stadium in Nice, southeastern France. Capoue has his sights set on a move to the English Premier League, with either Tottenham or Queens Park Rangers, a source close to the player said Monday.

Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue has his sights set on a move to the English Premier League, with either Tottenham or Queens Park Rangers, a source close to the player said Monday.

QPR coach Harry Redknapp is said to be keen on the 24-year-old, who would cost around 12 million euros.

Toulouse are determined not to let him go cheaply having already lost France midfielder Moussa Sissoko to English Premier League strugglers Newcastle in recent days.

Other sources in France said Paris Saint Germain were also interested in Capoue, who has won four France caps.

Meanwhile, Bordeaux are to loan Brazilian striker Jussie out to Dubai-based side Al-Wasl, coached by Frenchman Guy Lacombe.

Bordeaux chairman Jean-Louis Triaud did not mention the club involved but said discussions were “well advanced” for a loan for the 29-year-old, under contract until 2015 and who a decade ago had a brief spell with J-League side Kashiwa Reysol.

Assuming he goes, Jussie will be the second striker to leave Bordeaux in the transfer window with Yoan Gouffran having joined the French exodus to Newcastle.
