Leicester City sack Craig Shakespeare

After giving the job on a permanent basis four months ago, Leicester City have today sacked Craig Shakespeare after just one win in the Premier League this season so far. Shakespeare succeeded Claudio Ranieri and spent £60 million on recruitments in the summer.

The Foxes are currently on a six-match winless run with the latest 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion being termed as the last nail in the coffin for the Leicester owners.

Arsenal desperate to offload Mesut Ozil

The Gunners are not convinced about offering Mesut Ozil a financially improved deal and are hence of the view that selling the German in January will be the best scenario for all parties.

Arsenal are now looking to find a buyer for Ozil as soon as possible, the Daily Mirror reports. Meanwhile, Arsenal have made it clear that they will hold on to Alexis Sanchez for the entirety of the current season and will let him leave for free in the summer.
