FC Barcelona monitoring Anthony Martial 

According to Mundo Deportivo, FC Barcelona recently scouted Anthony Martial with a view to making a bid for him next summer. It is said that Barcelona's technical director, Robert Fernandez was in the stands during United's 1-0 win over Benfica on Wednesday. 

The Catalans are looking for a wide player next summer and feel Anthony Martial along with his countryman Ousmane Dembele can prove to be a perfect pair to compliment Lionel Messi. Jose Mourinho rates Martial pretty highly, so the transfer fee could be worth €100 million. 

Aymeric Laporte rejected Premier League duo 

Athletic Bilbao's homegrown star, Aymeric Laporte has revealed that he had offers from Manchester City and Chelsea in the summer. Talking to L'equipe, Laporte claimed that he rejected offers from two English giants in order to stay with his local club in the Basque country. The 23-year-old is one of the top-rated centre-backs in Spain and insists that he is eager to see out his entire career with Athletic Bilbao.
