Fellaini to be sold in January; Besiktas put on high-alert
According to reports in the Metro, Marouane Fellaini seems to have grown into a bit of a contract-rebel, having refused to pen a new deal with the Red Devils, despite manager Jose Mourinho repeatedly highlighting his importance. The Belgian's contract runs out by the end of this season, allowing him to discuss pre-contract deals with clubs in January.
The reports also claim that Jose Mourinho is keen on recruiting a creative attacking player in the next window, but has reportedly been told that he will need to sell before he can buy, which further casts a doubt of Fellaini's future at Manchester United.
Turkish side Be?ikta? are believed to be top suitors for the 29-year old and have allegedly been put on high alert to sign him, come January. Will Fellaini sign a new deal at United or will he embark on a new Turkish adventure? Only time will tell.
Luke Shaw to reject Fenerbahce move
Reports emerged earlier this week, claiming that Turkish side Fenerbahce were interested in signing Manchester United's out-of-favour star Luke Shaw. The Englishman has played a mere 48 minutes of senior football this season, making 2 appearances off the bench in the Carabao Cup.
With further rumours of unrest between him and Jose Mourinho, a number of people thought Luke Shaw was on the verge of a club exit. However, as per latest reports from the Daily Mail, Luke Shaw has put an end to speculation by publicly stating that he would like to stay at Old Trafford and fight his way to the top, rather than leave for first-team football elsewhere.
