Will this be Manchester United's last attempt to sign Bale?

Liverpool close in on Thomas Lemar

The English Premier League giants have emerged as top contenders for Monaco's Thomas Lemar, who was initially linked with a move to Arsenal. Jurgen Klopp is believed to be keen on working with the winger and wants him at Anfield.

Reports in the Daily Mail claim that Liverpool officials have flown to Monaco to push through a deal worth £74 million for Lemar, which will also see Divock Origi travel the other way on a loan basis.

Manchester United make £97 million bid for Gareth Bale

Several reports emerging from Europe yesterday suggested that Manchester United were planning to make a bid of around £93 million for Real Madrid's Gareth Bale, in a last-ditch attempt to sign the winger.

However, The Daily Star have reported today that the bid has, in fact, arrived and reportedly stands at a slightly higher-than-predicted £97 million. Manchester United have tried to sign the Welshman in the past as well, but many believe that this is their best, and perhaps their last chance to sign the 28-year old.

Chelsea make astonishing last-minute move for Bayern Munich's Rafinha

The English Premier League champions face a tough task of defending their title and will hope to get as many additions as they can. With a little more than a day left, the Blues intend to make a number of signings while they still can.

According to the Metro, Antonio Conte's side have tabled an offer for Bayern Munich's right-back Rafinha. The 31-year old is deemed as surplus to requirements at the Bavarian club, prompting many to speculate that this deal could actually happen.

Renato Sanches on the verge of Bayern Munich exit

The Bayern Munich star has been touted to leave Bavaria this summer, with several notable parties interested. The 20-year old seems to have tumbled down the pecking order at Bayern and wants to move elsewhere in search of first team football.

English Premier League giants Chelsea and Liverpool are engaged in a tight race for the Portuguese midfielder, with deadline day looming. Reports emerging from Europe indicate that it's only a matter of time before a deal is finalized and Sanches is allowed to leave.

Celta Vigo sign Emre Mor

The La Liga club have completed the signing of Borussia Dortmund's Emre Mor. Despite arriving at Dortmund only a season ago, the Turkish winger has been keen on leaving this summer, after failing to settle down with the Bundesliga side.

ESPN have reported that the La Liga side have finalized a deal thought to be worth €13 million, after costing Dortmund €10 million when he was bought last season.

Massimiliano Allegri has seen an active transfer market so far, but is seemingly keen on more. Having already signed Blaise Matuidi, Medhi Benatia and Federico Bernardeschi, among others, Juventus have now also signed Benedikt Howedes.

Inter Milan inch closer towards signing Shkodran Mustafi on a loan deal

The Serie A giants have seen a bid rejected in their pursuit of Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi, but haven't given up yet, and have reportedly made a new offer as deadline day looms large.

Reports in the Daily Mail claim that Inter Milan have made an offer of around £4.6 million as loan fee with a further option to buy for £23 million. However, Arsene Wenger is hesitant to let his defender go before making any new signings.

Philippe Coutinho closing in on Liverpool exit as Barcelona agree fee

After what has turned out to be one of the most debated and discussed transfer sagas of the transfer window, it looks like Philippe Coutinho is finally on the verge of an exit from Liverpool.

Despite having rejected many bids from Barcelona, Liverpool could finally lose their Brazilian talisman, with reports in The Sun claiming that the two clubs have reached an agreement for the midfielder. The 25-year old is set to cost the Catalan club a whopping £148 million.

Deportivo nearing Lucas Perez loan deal

The La Liga side have been in the hunt for Arsenal's wantaway star Lucas Perez, and seem to have finally caught their prey. Despite initially demanding £13 million for the striker, Arsenal seem to have toned down their demands.

Reports in the Daily Cannon suggest that the deal is close to completion and will be a loan deal worth £4 million, with an option to buy next summer.

Real Betis have been offered Jack Wilshere by Arsenal

The English Premier League giants are desperate to offload a player or two this summer, with Jack Wilshere supposedly leading the list. Arsenal have reportedly offered the Englishman to La Liga side Real Betis.

The injury prone midfielder seems to have no future at the Emirates and could be snapped up by Real Betis ahead of tomorrow's transfer deadline, as per reports in the Mirror.

Messi intervenes in Angel Di Maria deal

Lionel Messi seems to have had it with all the speculation regarding Angel Di Maria's potential move to Barcelona. The Catalan club have signed Ousmane Dembele this summer, but have still created a hubbub over moves for other players like Philippe Coutinho and Angel Di Maria.

However, reports in the Daily Express have claimed that Lionel Messi is adamant that Barcelona sign his countryman Di Maria and Messi's representatives have threatened that he will not sign a new contract unless the fellow Argentine is signed ahead of tomorrow's transfer deadline.

Daifra Sakho on verge of joining Rennes

Diafra Sakho enjoyed a wonderful first season with West Ham but ostensibly struggled thereafter. The Hammers are subsequently on the verge of selling the striker to Ligue 1 side Rennes.

The 27-year old is reportedly set to move to France in a move that will cost Rennes an approximate fee of £9 million, as per reports in The Sun.

Fenerbahce in talks to sign Marouane Fellaini next summer

The Turkish giants finished last season placed third in the league and are keen on building on their momentum. Their need for replacements has reportedly led them to Manchester United's titanic Belgian Marouane Fellaini.

Reports in The Sun claim that Fenerbahce are in talks with the 29-year old over a move to Turkey next summer, despite manager Jose Mourinho publicly stating his importance while refusing to indulge in speculation.
